The key to manifesting is to create a state of mind that carries the same vibrational frequency as the life we want to live. The use of crystals and smudge sticks are used to match that vibrational frequency to boost the manifestation process.
𝑷𝒂𝒍𝒐 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒐, or "Holy Wood", comes from South America and is known for its sweet, woodsy aroma. It is ideal for smoke cleansing and is often used as an alternative to sage. Use Palo Santo to help keep energies grounded and clear, dismissing negative energies and inviting positive energy and intentions to take their place. All of our Palo Santo is ethically sourced from South America and comes *only from fallen trees*, and only the branch and trunks are collected.
Sage is used for energy cleansing or smudging (purification). Sage has been used for hundreds of years along with other herbs in ceremonial cleansing most commonly use by the indigenous American people. They believe any conflict, anger, illness or evil was absorbed by the sage smoke to be released or cleansed from the energy field of a person.
Selenite, a stone for clarity & guidance, aids to clear your mind, sharpen your awareness and restore balance of the body & mind. The gentle healing qualities of Selenite also provide protection from negative energy and blockages so it is great to keep in your home or sacred space. Selenite is also great for cleansing your other crystals.
Your Selenite can be placed in a room to help cleanse negative energy and manifest your intentions. You can also place to your third eye for an instant mental declutter, sweep from head to toe to cleanse your energy field or if cleansing other crystals simply lay them on the Selenite wand overnight.
Your chosen crystal: referred to your crystal card to identify the Crystal that was chosen to match your intention smudge. Programming your crystal for use / setting an intention for your crystal basically means giving it a purpose. To do this, place your Crystal in your dominant hand, read / say your intention affirmations out loud as though it’s already happened. Repeat as many times you feel necessary.

Be sure to have your Palo Santo smudge, selenite and Crystal and affirmation card with you to start!
Place the selenite near you, somewhere in the space you’re working.
Program your crystal with your intention. To do this, place your Crystal in your dominant hand, read / say your intention affirmations out loud as though it’s already happened. Repeat as many times you feel necessary.
Smudging Step 1: Light the stick
You can burn the flowers and sage with the Palo Santo stick if you choose! Make sure you have a fire-proof plate to catch any fallen ash / embers. The botanicals and sage can also be burned separately in a fire-safe plat or bowl.
First be sure to open a window or door to let out the negative energy and the smoke. Palo Santo wood is easy to light. Simply light your stick with a lighter, matches, or a candle flame until it’s fully lit. You’ll know it’s lit when the stick is creating a mini-flame of its own. Stay a few moments with the flame as it grows. Allow it to burn for approximately one minute.
Step 2 : Let the stick extinguish itself. That’s right, in step two you don't even need to do anything, just watch as the wood naturally extinguishes itself after a minute or so. Please do not blow out the flame.
Step 3: Unleash the power ! Hold the stick in your hands, visualize or say your intentions / affirmations with great intent and fill your space with sacred smoke. Focus on the words you're saying and wholeheartedly believe them to be true, as you lightly wave the smoke and move it around your space and yourself.
The short burn will smoke for quite a while, delivering an incredible scent and cleansing the energy around you, restoring peace and calm and manifesting your intention. If the smoke shrinks, blow a little until the ember regains its deepest glow. If you need to relight your stick at any time you may.
When you’re done with your stick, put it on a fireproof surface (one good option is a metal fireproof bowl with a bit of sand in the bottom) and it’s ready for the next time you want to smudge.
Thanks to the slow-burning nature of Palo Santo wood, the sticks can be lit and relit many times!
